Interview Tips
- Calm your nerves
- Stay positive
- Be enthusiastic
- Focus on what you can do for student achievement and on being a team player

- Think ahead of two or three “big ideas” that make me the librarian I am
- Use anecdotes or personal stories to back up what you say
